01 High Performance Materials

High-Speed Steel | Ferrocerium | Translucent PETG

AF05’s striker is made of strength-hardened high-speed steel, optimized for reliability and long-lasting performance. AF05’s ferro rod generates sparks at over 5,500°F.

02 Secure Magnetic Connection

Integrated rare-earth magnets secure the striker and ferro rod together when not in use.
